This workshop explores the use of quilt patterns as language. We will look at shapes, patterns, and colors, and consider how they can be incorporated into math and art lessons.  Participants will create their own quilt squares using a variety of techniques, including crayon resist and Kool-Aid dye. Learn classroom-friendly strategies to bring quilting into your lessons!
